Terms and conditions: Shipping
WE ONLY SHIP TO NEW ZEALAND. All orders are processed and sent from Dunedin after order processing (within approximately 2 working days of being received). Time in transit may vary. Sorry, we cannot send to a PO Box. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the volume and weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping is, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Pricing, availability and payments
ALL PRICES ARE IN NZ$ AND INCLUDE GST. Prices do not include delivery charges. Product availability is subject to change. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, an alternative will be offered or full product refund will be issued. However, we will not be responsible for compensating any other losses due to the failure to supply products. You will be notified within 1 to 2 business days of any cancellations.
An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. Please ensure that your contact details are correct.
We use the Stripe payment gateway and accepts credit cards, debit cards and payments by Paypal. You can also pay by direct banking.
Returns/faulty goods
*If you are not happy with your purchase and want to return or exchange an item you must contact us first (electronically at [email protected]). You must return your goods (not used or damaged) within 7 working days of receiving your order. In this case, all additional postage costs for an exchange or refund are incurred by you.
*If you believe an item is faulty on arrival, please make contact within 7 working days (electronically at [email protected]). We will send a replacement on receipt of original item, and pay for new shipping costs and those incurred by you to return the item.
Goods will not be accepted for refund or exchange if received more than 7 working days after your emailed request, or if not in original condition. All modifications/cancellations requests must be done electronically.
Privacy policy and Confidentiality
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. You will receive messages from us that specifically relate to your order. If you are on our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of emails sent to you.
We may use personal information that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us.
You will need to permit us to place data files (“cookies”) on your computer to enable you to use some features of our website. Where you choose not to enable cookies from our website, some functionalities may not be available to you. Where you have provided information to us on a confidential basis, we will hold that information in confidence, except as required by law. We cannot guarantee that our website is secure, and we cannot be held responsible for a breach of our website security that is beyond our control.
You can request details of your personal information that we hold, and ask us to correct it, at any time.
Your Credit Card information is not stored on our servers.
